About these terms

This website is run by Victory Real Estate Agents, a real estate agency based in Melbourne, Victoria (“we”, “us” or “our”). We may change these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

Using the website

You are welcome to use this site to look for property and get in touch with us. When you do, please:

• give us accurate details when you make an enquiry or sign in;
• keep your sign-in links to yourself, as they give access to your account;
• do not copy, scrape or republish our listings, photos or other content without our written permission; and
• do not try to interfere with the site, its security or other people's use of it.

We may suspend or remove access for anyone who misuses the site.

Property information is general only

Many of the properties on this site are sold off the plan, which means they are not yet built. Prices, floor plans, images, artist's impressions, inclusions, sizes, completion dates and availability are supplied by developers and vendors, are a guide only and can change without notice. Images may show upgrades, furniture or finishes that are not included.

Nothing on this website is financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it does not take your personal situation into account. Before you buy, you should read the contract of sale and vendor's statement carefully, and get your own independent advice from a solicitor or conveyancer, and from a licensed finance or tax professional where needed. A property is only secured once a contract is signed by both parties.

Accuracy and availability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that everything on it is complete, current or error free, or that the site will always be available. Listings may be sold or withdrawn before we update the site.

Links to other websites

Our site may link to websites run by other people, such as developers, lenders or government agencies. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

Intellectual property

The content on this site, including text, photos, plans, logos and design, belongs to us or to the developers and vendors who supplied it. You may view and print it for your own personal use while looking for property, but not for any other purpose.

Our liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this website or relying on information on it. Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other laws that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited to supplying the service again.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute about them will be dealt with by the courts of Victoria.
